Parkside Place is a historic neighborhood located just below beautiful Daffin Park which is home to Grayson Stadium and the Savannah Bananas. Our northern border is Victory Dr. and we extend down to 52nd St. between Bee and Waters Ave. We have two amazing parks which include Daffin and Brinkman-DeLorme. 

Our residents are comprised of entrepreneurs, teachers, artists and many wonderful families.

We are most known for our spooktacular Halloween celebration with a full haunted house built by one of our residents Billy Gartside, Thanksgiving in the Street where families come out to a massive potluck and our fall Treasure Day Yard Sale. ​
